Day 1 - Walk the Walk and Talk the Talk

What do I want my life to be like?

I have vision boards or treasure maps already - going to have another look at them. I am also going to focus positive energy on them and allow them in.

To me the key to this manifestation process is being 'in the moment'. Its about MINDFULNESS.

This is how I see it.

I remain centred on this moment and relish it because it is real and it is perfect.

As I am aware only of what is HERE AND NOW as opposed to what I think is happening, I can create more of the perfection.

When I am in the moment, I am not thinking of lack or sadness or pain or whatever. If I am not thinking about the negative, I can't create more of it.

It has taken me YEARS for that to click with me - I know its embarrassing and I believe myself to be intelligent.

Now this made me realise that this sounds as if I am free wheeling through life taking no decisions and just letting ti happen. Hmmm - my left brain is rebelling against this. But I also know that as long as I stay connected to God or source or the universe (which ever you prefer) I am being taken care of.

Meditation is key here - taking time to come back into me and see how things are. I am currently involved in the 21 Day Meditation Challenge on the Chopra site - thanks.

Decisions are based on how my soul reacts - if it feels good, I do it, otherwise I politely stand back.

Today I am staying in the moment, repeating my affirmations and creating my perfect life. I know its here already and I have to live it.

I am also reading up on the 'Seven Sacred Secrets of Manifestation' by Doreen Virtue. It is THE book to read.  Based on The Kybalion, it is worth reading and re-reading.

Fluff and stuff

This morning I crawled out of bed, fed the dogs and decided to meditate. I watched 'Eat, Pray Love' last night and I thought 'I could do with a bit of that'. SO back into the bed, few deep breaths, closed my eyes and waited.

Of course loads of things popped into my head and as I looked at them I realised that these thoughts are all fluff - you know that light lint etc that gets stuck to your clothes. I realise that I pay so much attention to this fluff when it would suit me better to pluck it off !! I decided I would do just that - look at it and then pluck it off.

This took some time because a lot of it kept coming back !!! When I stopped looking at it I listened to my body. What was my body saying to me 'You are tired. Let it go and rest'. That is what I did. I am just back from a walk with the dogs. It couldn't be classed as a walk - more of a stroll. I watched the dogs as they dandered along, stopping to sniff a blade of grass or watch a squirrel scurry up a tree. Instead of letting my mind run amok with worries and things to do lists, I watched the dogs. They have the same walk every day and every day they sniff and explore as if it is their first time here. I suppose you could say I had a walking meditation.

So what am I saying? Most of the worries and anxieties and fretting I do is just fluff and stuff. Look at it, sniff it and let it go.
